This is the motto that Dr. Juhi lives and stands by in her life. Her career path is a true testament to the power of following one’s passions and embracing change.
She completed her B.D.S. from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore, in 2018. After completing her internship, she realized her true interests lay beyond clinical practice.
“During my final year and internship at BDS, it was clear to me that I might not want to be in the clinical sector forever,” Dr. Juhi reflects. “Research and academics interested me more, so I started preparing to make the switch.”
She combined her passion for research with a desire for a new career, pursuing a Master’s in Public Health at the Indian Institute of Public Health, Gandhinagar, which she completed in 2021.
This led her to a career in healthcare research and analytics.

Dr. Juhi’s first role after her career switch was as a Junior Research Assistant at PharmEDGE, a health economics and outcomes research company in Mumbai.
Today, she works as a Senior Research Analyst at Pharmalytics Group, where she provides expertise in strategy and advanced analytics for pharmaceutical market access.

Maybe an unpopular opinion, but my favorite part about corporate life is the 9 to 5 job format. It allows me to work in a fixed time duration and maybe switch off from thinking about work after that time.

“Sometimes, career growth can take time in the corporate field. The work can also start seeming a little monotonous,” she notes.
But she maintains a positive outlook, adding, “Although, it is always up to us to keep learning and challenging ourselves.”

Outside of work, Dr. Juhi maintains a balanced life through various activities. She’s an avid runner, finding it a great way to calm her mind.
