Believing in conquering more beyond the world expected of her, Dr. Baani recognized her growing interest in the non-clinical aspects of healthcare during her graduation at MCODS from 2014 to 2019.

With sheer determination, she decided to pursue an MBA in Healthcare and Hospital Management. Dr. Baani embarked on her full-time MBA journey from Amity University in 2020, simultaneously balancing her role as a Quality Auditor, bringing the idea of chasing passion with perseverance into being.

The leap from dentistry to corporate was no less than a monumental jump, but Dr. Baani embraced it with unwavering determination and relentless pursuit of growth.

She seized the opportunity to manage her first job post-career efficiently as a quality auditor at Clove Dental with her full-time MBA from Amity University and the NOC offered her.

Today, Dr. Baani is working in the Regional Medical Advisor role at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, symbolising her determination to serve and excel in healthcare.

Her current role empowers her to blend her healthcare knowledge to drive enhancements in patient care, reaching a far wider audience than she could in her dental practice.

Speaking about her favorite part of corporations, Dr. Baani highlights her work mantra as:
“If you work smart, the rewards eventually follow.”

She adds that “the significant growth potential and a variety of opportunities in the corporate world align well with my interests and aspirations”.

She proudly shares, “With each passing day, I grow more confident in my decision to transition from clinical practice to a non-clinical domain.” That’s an inspiration in itself!
