Odigio Careers was founded on 11th May 2021, which changed the healthcare career landscape. She graduated from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore, in 2019 and began her unconventional career path. She shifted from the clinics to a business associate and marketing and growth specialist for a healthcare corporate company.

She founded Odigio to help healthcare professionals land high-paying corporate jobs, with a work-life balance and get paid time off. Along with that, she also guides people to find non-clinical masters in India and abroad.
