From Clinic to Corporate: Dr. Kinjal’s Journey

After completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from SGT Dental Hospital & Research Institute, Gurgaon, she decided to take a non-traditional career path.

During her college internship, she felt drawn to opportunities beyond traditional dentistry and decided to explore alternative career paths.

Right after graduation, she connected with Odigio for guidance, which helped her gain clarity on the non-clinical landscape.

“My goal was work-life balance and financial freedom“, she recalls.

It was during this time that Dr. Kinjal was offered a role as a B2B Growth Manager and Partnerships Liaison at Odigio Careers in May 2025.

In June, she transitioned into a Product Manager position. Her growth didn’t stop there.

By October, she was promoted to Head of Product and Partnerships, marking a remarkably fast progression in the corporate world.

“This rapid switch wasn’t accidental; it came from consistent hard work, discipline, and a commitment to upskilling whenever the role demanded more.” Dr. Kinjal shares.

She’s equally open about the difficult parts, sharing, “The routine can get repetitive. When each day begins to feel the same, it’s easy to feel stuck, but that’s what motivates me to look for new challenges.”
