It’s important to acknowledge that refunds for Odigio Careers LLP services (such as resume building, cover letter preparation, LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation, networking, job search strategies, SOPs, and LORs) are not provided, as all transactions are considered final.
However, refunds on ‘30-minute Consultation’ and ‘Workshops’ (if applicable, in case of cancellations from either party’s side 24-48 hours before the scheduled event) will be processed within 1-7 days and settled to the bank account within 7-14 business days of applying for a refund. If you reschedule the 30-minute consultation session and cancel it after rescheduling, no refunds will be provided.
The refund will also depend on the T&C, your payment mode, and the refund duration. Odigio Careers LLP takes no responsibility.
Alternatively, you have the opportunity to temporarily pause services that are yet to be initiated, with a grace period of up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
For clients who sign up for services and don’t pay within 7-8 days of initiating the process, their request for the required services will be terminated.
